We are a team of experienced engineers who partner with large organisations to design and deliver digital transformation.

Our team is made up of talented software and process engineers whose vast practical experience in DevOps, agile development, ITIL Service Management and crisis resolution, has enabled them to become industry-recognized consultants in their field.

2004 - a major incident becomes a 'code red'

Our clients would declare a ‘code red’, and our team would be called in to analyse the problem and provide a solution.

As engineers and practitioners of agile, it was clear that many of these brand-damaging problems were preventable: over-complicated systems, inefficient systems engineering, and neglected operations were all common themes.

2009 - DevOps is taking off! 

We start to exploit DevOps capabilities and practices, running Developer tooling services for clients and demonstrating best practice for engineering teams

2010 - Code Red Consultancy is incorporated

Our business began to change, instead of waiting for an incident to occur, our clients now call us first to ensure the problem never happens.

As practitioner consultants, we started to provide many clients with hands-on technical expertise, on engineering excellence, agile operating models, ITIL and systems rationalisation, as well as continuing to offer our core crisis resolution services. 

2015 - we rebrand to code.red and recruit

Our team has vast experience in DevOps, agile development and crisis resolution projects, our approach of assessing organisations’ existing systems, processes and organisational structure, allow us to plan for and implement transformations that result in simplified estates, lowered costs and more productive organisations.
